Carpenter
Qualifications: ● 3+ years in the construction industry performing carpentry ● Be willing and able to carefully follow written and verbal instructions ● Be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions ● Be able to work in confined spaces ● Be able to lift up to 50lbs ● Be able to work comfortably on a roof, ladder, and/or scaffolding ● Follow all instructions issued by crew leaders, supervisors, and Management ● Make every effort possible to establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients, subcontractors, Management, and fellow employees ● Read, understand, and adhere to all policies ● Maintain the jobsite in a clean, orderly, and safe manner ● Abide by all OSHA and SDS requirements ● Show proper conduct on the jobsite, in relation to both clients and fellow employees ● Fill out a time card accurately, on a daily basis. ● Primarily first shift, 10 hour/day Monday - Thursday but must be able to be on-call occasionally for evening and weekend emergencies. ● Ability to work overtime each week if necessary. ● Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. ● Ability to successfully complete a drug test subject to applicable law.. ● Valid Oregon Driver's License
Carpenter's Apprentice
Qualifications: ● Willingness to learn the construction industry ● Be willing and able to carefully follow written and verbal instructions ● Be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions ● Be able to work in confined spaces ● Be able to lift up to 30lbs ● Be able to work comfortably on a roof, ladder, and/or scaffolding ● Follow all instructions issued by crew leaders, supervisors, and Management ● Make every effort possible to establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients, subcontractors, Management, and fellow employees ● Read, understand, and adhere to all policies ● Maintain the jobsite in a clean, orderly, and safe manner ● Abide by all OSHA and MSDS requirements ● Show proper conduct on the jobsite, in relation to both clients and fellow employees ● Fill out a time card accurately, on a daily basis ● Be willing to serve on Emergency Callout rotation, as assigned by Management ● Valid Oregon Driver's License with good driving record. ● Must pass drug test and criminal background check. ● Primarily first shift, but must be able to be on-call for evening and weekend emergencies. ● Ability to work overtime each week if necessary. ● Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. ● Ability to successfully complete a drug test subject to applicable law.. ● Valid Oregon Driver's License
